These terms outline how my online Spanish tutoring service works. Please read them before booking a lesson.

About the Service

Spanish with Ainhoa provides private, one-on-one online Spanish tutoring via video call (Zoom or Google Meet). Lessons are tailored to your level and goals, whether you're a beginner or looking to improve your conversation skills.

Booking & Payment

After you contact me, I'll reply with available times and a PayPal payment link. Payment is expected before your lesson or lesson pack begins.

  • • Single lessons are paid individually
  • • Lesson packs (5 or 10 lessons) are paid upfront
  • • Lesson packs do not expire — use them at your own pace

Scheduling & Rescheduling

Lesson times are agreed upon between us based on mutual availability. I'm flexible with scheduling and accommodate various time zones.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. I'll do my best to find another time that works. Life happens — I understand, and I aim to be flexible.

Cancellations

If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, your lesson credit remains available for rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be counted as a used lesson, though I'll always try to be understanding of genuine emergencies.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Learning a language takes time and consistent effort. While I'll provide high-quality instruction, materials, and support, I cannot guarantee specific results. Your progress depends on many factors, including practice outside of lessons.

Respectful Conduct

I expect all students to treat lessons as a professional learning environment. Respectful, friendly communication is essential. I reserve the right to end a lesson or discontinue service if this expectation is not met.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
